Download and Sign Up

Search for “FuttsunPay” on the App Store or Google Play and install the app. Open it and create an account using your email address or phone number. No ID document is required, and registration takes just a few minutes.

Choose How to Top Up

After registration, charge your balance using one of these methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB)
• Convenience store payment (Lawson, FamilyMart)
• Online banking
• Cash top-up at designated local stores Start with a small amount like 1,000 yen to get comfortable.

Pay at Stores

At any store displaying the FuttsunPay logo, open the app and tap “Pay.” Show the QR or barcode on your screen for the cashier to scan. You will receive a push notification confirming the payment, and your balance updates instantly. Some stores also support NFC tap payments.

Track Points and History

Every payment earns Futtsun Points. Check your balance on the app home screen and browse past transactions in the history log. Points are redeemable at 1 point = 1 yen on future purchases.
