Download and Sign Up

Search for “FuttsunPay” on the App Store or Google Play and install the app. Open it and create an account using your email address or phone number. No ID document is required, and registration takes just a few minutes.

Choose How to Top Up

After registration, charge your balance using one of these methods:

• Convenience store 支付 (Lawson, FamilyMart)
• Online banking
• 現金 top-up at designated 本地 stores Start with a small amount like 1,000 日圓 to get 舒適.

Pay at Stores

At any store displaying the FuttsunPay logo, open the app and tap “Pay.” Show the QR or barcode on your screen for the cashier to scan. You will receive a push notification confirming the 支付, and your balance updates instantly. Some stores also 支援 NFC tap 支付.

Track 積分 and History

Every 支付 earns Futtsun 積分. Check your balance on the app home screen and browse past transactions in the history log. 積分 are redeemable at 1 point = 1 日圓 on future purchases.
